    Partenza con il botto.....

    Sì, con il botto...perchè se non dimagrisco subito almeno un po'....finisce che scoppiano i pantaloni e che i bottoni feriscono qualcuno.....

    Comunque per la cronaca stamattina la bilancia (è digitale e quindi infallibile) segnava inesorabilmente 101,3 peso mai raggiunto prima in vita mia..... Ho provato a scendere e risalire un paio di volte per vedere se c'era qualcosa che non andava in quei circuiti del kaiser, ma niente...sempre lo stesso risultato.....
     
    Prossima tappa tra  1 settimana...obbiettivo -2 kg...vediamo...
